Forward-looking companies have started to individually calculate how many °C would the global temperature increase by, if all companies operated as emission intensely as themselves. For this calculation, they are using the XDC webApplication.

Therefore, they have started asking questions like these:

• How can it be that a company like Apple achieves a standard XDC of “only” 1.49 ° C?
• How do science-based targets and the XDC model come together?
• To what extent are individual company strategies for emission reduction taken into account?
