In 2019, five oil and gas companies face five similar climate resolutions requesting to set Paris-aligned long-term targets for operations and products. This briefing serves to provide you with an overview of these five resolutions and Follow This’ considerations to withdraw resolutions.

Dear Mr. Mark van Baal,
As you are in the forefront of the mission to make oil and gas companies reduce Green House Gases, I would like to inform you and you’ll be glad to note that we at
Emission Control Associates, have recently developed and patented an emission reduction technology (called Zero-GHG Emission Technology – ZET), which has a working prototype that shows reduction in CO2, CO and HC by about 99%-100%. It also reduce NOx, SOx and some PM (2.5) by more than 95%. So our patented technology has the capability to make your members comply with the emerging regulations on reducing Carbon intensity in fuels and exhaust. It cleans the exhausts, no matter how much carbon content is there in the fuel. So it will be the right answer to the present problem. It will be the most appropriate technological answer over the legalese of what is attainable or discriminatory and what is not, etc.
We would be happy to work with any of your members to mainstream our technology. Prior to that, to provide you confidence, we can organize a demonstration of our prototype and show how much it reduces oxides of carbon, nitrogen and sulfur.
Many thanks,
Binoy.

If ATA is not successful in getting a review by the SC, then this becomes the law. Assuming ATA is successful in getting SC to review, even then it is only a matter of time that this limitation on CO2/CO/HC emissions is bound to come. So what is the best way forward.
