The Indian government is looking for effective ways to increase the use of solar powered pumps for small farm irrigation. Inspired by the UK’s independent Committee on Climate Change (CCC) and the progress it has enabled in that nation’s acceleration to net-zero, France set up its equivalent Haut Conseil pour le Climat.
